Not only is our frame delivery service superior it also works out cheaper for you as well. We can now offer all your framing delivered for a set fixed price to the areas listed on our websites. We also aim to deliver all frame orders during winters adverse cold and icy weather conditions due to our vehicles being equipped with the best Nokian Winter Snow Tyres during this period.

Bat shaken out of special attachments damage in apc transit


Bat shaken out of special attachments again (second delivery by courier) We had fitted a new handle grip at cost to us after it was damaged after  the first delivery by courier


Second delivery by courier - Bracket sheared from INSIDE the frame.This framed bat was for a young childs birthday presentation who as you will imagine was very upset. This child is an avid cricketer and the bat was not only financially valubale but also of sentimental value.Needless to say his parents were distressed with the issues arising after delivery by courier

We are going to deliver these football shirts once re-framed ourselves personally to ensure safe receipt - a distance of over 600 miles at a cost to us of over £150-00 just for the delivery!

Boxing glove framed by us for Milton Keynes Little Lives Appeal and before delivery via courier


Boxing glove dropped to bottom of frame along with frame damage- may have been shaken or vibrated badly.
This was a Milton Keynes delivery that we framed and donated in aid of Little Lives Appeal for sick children. Such was the damage and the damage to other frames we did for this great charity that considering the great importance of this charity event we sent 2 drivers down to Milton Keynes to personally ensure safe secure delivery in order that the event raise the funds necessary. Cost for delivery over and above that which we initially paid to the courier was £141-00. We donated products and services worth well over £4000 to this worthwhile appeal as it was close to our hearts and this happens.It was noted by the  recipient that the courier van screeched to a halt and screeched away when leaving although this cannot be substantiated by us as we were not there at the time.

Solid wooden transit box with holes in as if someone had hit it with a hammer (customer comment)


Rear shadow box dropped - this is a shadow box that has been securely mounted to the frame so may have had some very rough treatment.Again we sent a driver to Liverpool to collect personally and then re-deliver back to Liverpool once fixed.


Shirt has dropped in frame so was it shaken violently and manhandled by courier?

Frame corners that have been glued and mitred securely have come apart - why..??


The frame shown below contains a Kukri (Khukri) knife which was shadow box framed and incorporated a plaque. The frame left our workshop in superb condition.The photograph below shows how the Kukri looked when we had completed this tricky framing project


After delivery by courier it can be noted that the Kukri (Khukri) knife has dropped in the shadow box frame and in doing so has severely damaged and scratched the gold commemorative plaque. Furthermore the glazing was also damaged along with both front and rear mounts along with damage to the actual frame despite being securely packaged and bubble wrap protected before being placed in a solid wooden transit box. Such a shame for the intended recipient.

We framed a shirt and it looked like this - great and fantastic as we are sure you will agree.
This was manufactured by us and delivery was made via courier to "ensure" delivery many days before the birthday for which it was ordered

Another photo of what it looked like after delivery by courier.Furthermore the customer made note and advised us of damage to the actual frame - a frame that was bubble wrapped and packed securely in a solid wooden transit box.


This vest below was framed by us for a customer as a special Fathers day present. We completed the framing and shipped well in time for Fathers Day.The customer telephoned and emailed us to ask why it had not arrived. After lengthy investigation by us and tracking it was noted that the shirt frame had been "delivered" at 7-00 am and signed for by RTS. RTS is apparently "return to sender" and we are currently awating its return via courier (for the last 4 days) - overnight...??..mmm
The reason this was a non-delivery is the fact that the courier decided not to deliver as it was so seriously damaged  somewhere along the line - so no attempt was made (the customers words after speaking direct with the courier) - understandable why no delivery was made in the circumstance - but why and how was it so "seriously damaged after courier delivery" in the first place????????

This is the framed vest after we had spent hours manufacturing the frame and applying artful skill and dedication to the shirt and medal arrangement using specialist techniques.

Well here they are. Photographs were taken in our workshop upon this particular framed shirts return via courier .Totally and utterly shocking.No words are strong enough to describe how disgusting the condition this frame is in after being in the hands for delivery by courier- and remember this frame was also packed in a solid wooden transit box stapled closed for security and sealed with further tape stating "fragile" , suitably packed with bubble wrap and cushioning packaging. We are still awaiting to see the actual wooden transit box.

The frame has been smashed to pieces , the shirt dislodged , the SAFETY glazing cracked and smashed in various places. The solid wooden frame box smashed to pieces on all corners and down sides of the frame. Pictures taken after delivery by courier





















We as our customers are - are fed up with issues arising after delivery by courier - This has cost us an immense amount along with time replacing - reframing - refunding and tracing and tracking issues in transit. This is the reason we no longer use couriers to deliver memorabilia framing.
